The class has been busy working on their math we are studying place value, and completing wide range achievement test (WRAT) .

Classroom Rules and Procedures

· We will be kind, respectful and polite to all

· We will focus and listen to the person talking

· We will take pride in our work/ try your best before asking for help

· Please dress your child in proper school attire as stated in parent hand book

Next Week’s Class Schedule

· Monday Sept. 7 No School

· Tuesday Sept. 8 Building self identity w/ Ms. Micaila

· Wed. Sept. 9 Pick up at Freedom Park @ 3:00 p.m. (Nature center science)

· Thurs. Sept. 10 Mrs. Miller will be out to get in graduate school hours

· Fri. Sept. 11 Half day of school dismissal at 1:00 p.m.

Homework

Homework will go out on Friday and will be collected the following Friday and checked in class and returned. Make sure to sign that your child is reading nightly, and is completing all homework. Name & date should be on all work.

· Keeping skills sharp week #3

· Write story #2

· Science at home - Super Science booklet

· Read Nightly
