The class is still doing numeration. Next week we will continue rounding, comparing numbers, and putting numbers in order.

Classroom Rules and Procedures

· We will be kind, respectful and polite to all

· We will focus and listen to the person talking

· We will take pride in our work/ try your best before asking for help

· Please dress your child in proper school attire as stated in parent hand book

Next Week’s Class Schedule

· Monday Sept 28 NO SCHOOL

· Tuesday Sept. 29 Mrs. Miller will be out half day to get in graduate school hours

· Wed. Sept. 30 Mrs. Miller will be out some of the day to get in graduate school hours

Homework DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9th

Make sure to sign that your child is reading nightly, and is completing all homework. Name & date should be on all work.

· Rounding and ordering sheets

· Write story #5

· Read Nightly and Read Weekly Reader “Wild Things” – don’t forget the questions in the WR and separate sheet

REMINDER

Every 3 tardies is an absence. A child may be retained if they accumulate 10 absences. We will be selling hotdogs and chips for $1.50 on Oct 8, 2009 @ lunch time. Your money needs to be in by this Friday, Oct.2, 2009. If you have any questions see your room parent or Ms. Breezy. All parent volunteers are greatly appreciated.
